Because we prefer to stock locally sourced and home-grown produce we will be closed during the growing season from April the 19th until we have harvested our potato crop.

We will be open for business again in early November and look forward to welcoming our customers back then after what we hope will be a pleasant summer.

Our aim at Wester Carmuirs Farm Shop is to stock local and Scottish produce, including our own home-grown potatoes from October to March. We have three varieties - Golden Wonders, Maris Piper and Cabaret.

We source seasonal Scottish vegetables, e.g. cauliflower, tomatoes, leeks, dirty carrots, turnips and new potatoes. Also we have free-range eggs, local honey (good for people suffering from hay fever), jams and locally made tablet - delicious!

New to our range is OLEIFERA oil, made in the Borders from oilseed rape and containing only half the saturated fat of olive oil, also rich in Omega 3, 6, 9.

We have a range of cards, candles, crafts, etc. We are also keen to stock local crafts, if anyone is willing to supply us.
